Expedition Notice

Dearest residents of Holdfast,

In the interest of expanding our town and providing additional cultural and magical resources for its people I, Lady Valeriya n'ah Cullasseth, am preparing for an expedition to the Cordillera mountains with the intent of visiting the great Dwarven Stone Masons and Smiths of the Confederacy of the Eastern Woods to acquire limestone for the building of, what I hope will be, a multi-faith temple. As such I will require bodyguards and bold adventurers to help protect the caravan and negotiate on the price of the stone. It is my hope that members of the expedition will not only be able to see new sights but also expand upon their skills by learning from the Dwarves and tribes of the Eastern Woods themselves upon our arrival.

Those who are interested please meet me outside the Inn in three days time.

Another note, just below it: "Me too. ---Hugh G. Rection." It looks as though the author took great pains to write it neatly, and had mixed success.

Written beneath the filthy-minded vulgarity innocuous and innocent statement, signed:

"Aye, I'll go too! ~Bikbun Ironbones"
And nailed underneath the notice is a potato.
