Who has it?

So, September event, Herr placed some of his items down by Malva's alchemy kit just before going to the mists; Malva thought someone was lazy and put it on a random empty bunk. Odds are, it isn't just sitting there for over a month so who has it/wants it? There was a note on it stating that it was Herr's stuff
Specifically:
1 dagger and it's sheath (actually for a sword)
1 piece of metal
1 mana shard
2 roughs
3 rocks (currency)
8 random flora
1 rock (hematite)
And the pouch containing them
Whatever you decide to keep, i'll give you during May event. The only things i actually care about are my dagger, pouch and sheath. I would very much like that back

So, wait, is this like a "Someone stold my stuff, and I'm OOG giving it to them?" further explanation as to the rules of this game may be necessary.

Simple! Herr was like "i'' probably gonna perma die in the mists so i'll lay my stuff here for Malva"
Malva doesn't get it and puts my stuff on an empty bunk.
I imagine that someone at some point would have investigated and taken the aforementioned items so whoever wants to say they did that, gets the stuff; except what i'd like back.
