"Ye gotta make every strike count. You could spend hours smash'n a piece o'metal and still just have a piece o'metal. But if you know what you want make and make each strike count it'll only take a few minutes"

"Like this?" Degren strikes slower and more deliberately, aiming every strike of the hammer.

"Aye that's exactly what I mean, the fewer strikes ye can finish a job in the faster it will be. A bit more practice at that and you'll be hitting just as fast as you were but finishing jobs much faster."
(Oog: will sign off for smith 5)

Degren wanders into the forge, kicking the mud from his boots and placing his things behind the bench next to the fire, "Eh, Borin, ye kickin' about out here? I'm lookin' to shine me smithin' skills up a bit if ye've the time."

Borin is sitting on one of the benches whetting his axe he looks up. "Greetings lad, ye'very come along great since ye started trainin' with me but ye've still got a ways te go. It takes time and therefore monly for me te travel back here te help ye out. So for that reason Im gonna get te at least pay fer yer first trainin' session with me before we do any more. That one'll be a rare."
