Dearest allies,

Last year I gave a few individuals in the town Dragon Charms with the promise of enchanting them in a year's time. Now that I have the ability to Enchant objects I wish to gather all those with a charm at the inn at 11:00 am on Saturday the 16th of the Month of Harvesting to attempt a ritual to enchant them with something worthwhile for each of you. I may not succeed but I am hopeful that I will be able to fulfill my promise to all of you.
