So, after much consideration, I've decided to muligan a portion of Micheal, mainly the fire spells. Question is however, is there anyone who can teach Tier 4 and Tier 5 in water for a book mage?
I only need 2 more tiers in the water to begin the process of obtaining Essence.

Fun fact, book mages don't need a book mage teacher for tiers of power, so you could get any normal mage to teach you tiers 4 and 5. As for spells however, I don't know of any book mages who're practiced in water magic (I'm actually the only other book mage to my knowledge currently, though others have shown interest) so for everything but earth magic you'll need to do some adventuring to obtain your spells or plot force someone in.

i believe Asher and Herr have tier 4 and 5 water, i mean, i know Herr does.
