A Uncommon Prayer

Rudi heads into the woods, holding a basket full of food. Though, it isn't fresh. Apple cores, peels, egg shells. Dead bark and wood.
She heads down to the Faerie ring and carefully, without touching the ring, spreads the contents of the basket around it.
She hopes the compost will help the mushrooms. Rudi sits down across from the ring, plants her feet on the ground, and sends out a prayer.
