Valerie The Huntress, noticing the low volume of trade in Holdfast, puts up a poster and makes a public announcement just outside stating:

"Wanted: people to form a Merchant Guild and Merchant's Code of Honour.

If you are interested in helping form this, speak to The Huntress.

Sincerely,
Valerie The Huntress."

Valerie decides she will repeat this announcement to anyone she is uncertain of whether they are literate or not.
