“I’m taking a trip to the mainland; to the Dragonspire Mountains. Ever since last month, when you said rifts were opening up all over the mainland, I’ve been worried about my clan. If they were attacked by the Rift monsters I’m not sure they could’ve handled that sort of assault.” Krond’s gaze shifts to the ground, “My clan is . . . Not as strong as it used to be. So i’m Going to make sure they’re ok.” He looks back at Val.
