Lexicus goes to Applevale

[Lexicus]

(Monday Sept 23)
It's about mid-morning and there are a handful of people within the inn either eating, talking, or just relaxing. Lexicus enters and looks around.
"Pardon me everyone but I'm making a trip to Applevale soon to acquire a new book for my spells. I'd rather not face the journey alone, would anyone be willing to accompany me?"

[Marr]

"I'll tag along, I need to pick some things up myself and ask some farmers some question"
*Readies his gear and fills his waterskin"
"and well I don't think town wants you to die again"

[Lexicus]

"Excellent, thank you Mar. Once you've prepared we can leave as soon as you're willing."

[Marr]

"I'm set, ready when you are"

[Lexicus]

"Very well then, we leave at once." Lexicus takes one last brief look around the inn before turning around and heading out the door. He makes his way down the path, passing the fire circle and heading out of town.

It's not long out of town before Lexicus turns to his traveling companion. "Tell me, is the road to Applevale as dangerous as Holdfast itself?"
